Hicks's expertise extends to the healthcare industry, where he has successfully guided healthcare providers through licensing issues, conducted multi-state regulatory surveys, and reviewed and drafted physician employment agreements. His analytical background and business acumen were honed during his tenure as an Area Executive Analyst at The Resource Group, a subsidiary of Ascension Health.
